Mental Health Research Canada – National Polling Reports

Since early 2020, Mental Health Research Canada has been polling Canadians every 6- to 12 weeks. The primary aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the current state of mental health and to pinpoint the factors that contribute to mental distress. These reports provide insights into various aspects, including perceived anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, resilience, and optimism.
